The Alien item is a humanoid and unobtainable admin item. It isn't owned by anyone in the game and is a relatively mysterious item. The only player that has this in their bank is Monosally, the owner of the game. This is very similar to other admin only/unobtainable items such as Robin, Reimu Fumo, Pot and Valentine's Day Diary. Keep in mind that if anyone claims to have this item, they are scamming. As it stands, no one should be able to obtain this item no matter what. The Alien seems to take
