Björn shares his fathers thirst for adventure and glory in the world, he also wishes to explore the faraway lands. He is the nephew of Rollo and the older brother of Gyda and his half brothers Ubbe and Hvitserk. Björn is trained how to fight with sword and shield by his father Ragnar, being 12 years old he is old enough to receive his arm-ring from the Earl of Kattegat.
