The Dragon raid boss is a boss based on Kaido from One Piece. This boss has 2,5 million health from Update 4.0 and does massive damage, being able to kill a player at maximum health with his Dragon Breath. When he spawns, a server wide message saying: "The Dragon was summoned at Skull Island." will be displayed in the chat.
