Level 14 is the 15th level of The Backrooms. This level appears to be an abandoned military hospital from WW2. Most of the doors on this level are locked, the only ones that are open lead into a room that represents a surgery room. There are cabinets, mirror, window and a operation chair located in this type on rooms There is also an alarm that can be heard all through the level.
