Have GTA V?
Have a PC that can't play any modern game for it's damn life but you want to play the game at a fairly decent framerate?
I do.
So I made this mod.
It should increase FPS.
It increased mine from 5 FPS to 30 FPS.
Even in cities.
Game will still stutter when driving really fast cars (Adder, Nero, Zentorno, etc.)
I can't manage to stop this ^
Resolutions consists of 800x600, 640x480, 512x384, or if your desperate and don't car
