Helob is an NPC in Cult of the Lamb that sells/eats followers. Helob is a large spider with a fluffy purple body, with three pairs of thin limbs sticking out from the sides and one pair of legs on the bottom. Loose bones stick out from his fur, and he appears to have a stinger on top of both his head and his body.
