Hydralion, the Ruler of Tides, is a boss in Sea of Stars. Hydralion is fought with Seraï and Resh'an alone. Similar to the fight with the Elder Mist, it will counterattack the party with its tail if it is attacked prior to the tail being temporarily disabled first.
