Dr. Jumba Jookiba is a major character in the Lilo & Stitch franchise. He is a self-proclaimed evil genius responsible for the creation of the infamous Experiment 626, better known as Stitch, and over 628 other illegal genetic experiments. Jumba was born on the planet Quelte Quan. There, he created a series of illegal genetic experiments, but was eventually banished as a result.
