The mysterious box could be found behind the stairs in a secret room in the Sewers. The description read: "A suspicious looking box". Currently, there is no known use for it. Pressing "Use" did nothing but shake the box when holding it, the box only spawned once in a server and if you dropped it in the acid, it would not respawn, just like the Debug Burger.
