Norton, also known as Ronald Tang or "Old Tang" and Ronald Don in the game adaptation is a first-generation dragon. Together with his twin brother Constantine, they conform the Elemental Dragon King of Bronze and Fire. Norton and his brother Constantine were created by Nidhogg after the defeat of Izanami, as one of the four Elemental Kings. Norton was weak but intelligent, while Constantine was strong but cowardly.
