Nozarashi is a Mythical Shikai with a 1% Chance of obtaining, it revolves around brute strength and raw power, each skill does incredible damage but can't combo extend easily. once the user releases their Shikai their sword changes into a giant axe which makes their M1's have a longer range. This Shikai also has a Bankai which is nameless at the moment, this Bankai is more closely ranged than the Shikai but just as devastating in raw power, the Bankai also has 10k reiatsu..Just saying.
