The Revolver is a gun that can be bought in Summer Isle for 200 Notes or can be found through chests in The Depths, through Bounties or Chime of Conflict. It requires 65 points in Light weapons to be utilized. Purchased weapons have to be re-equipped in order to be valid for enchanting, due to them auto equipping on purchase. If you put an enchanted one in the offhand, it will instead use the effect of the main-hand. If the main-hand is not enchanted, it will not have any effect.
