Roshuku Shikei (魯肅子敬) is a student from Nanyo Academy. She wears many bandages, and her injuries are never explained. She first appears among the Nanyo gang to announce that Unchou Kan-u has been captured by Moutoku Sousou, and comes up with a plan involving Nanyo and Seito to team up and launch a surprise attack on Kyoshou. She does not appear in the anime adaptation, although she makes a brief cameo in the last episode of the Ikkitousen: Dragon Destiny OVA.
