You may be looking for Megumi, a character in Control's Book who is also a Rokurokubi. Takane (高嶺) is an antagonist in The Mimic: Jealousy's Book. She appears in Yoki Town alongside Shosai and Tsukiya. Takane is a Rokurokubi, meaning she has a long, extensive neck that can stretch to long distances.
