The Hatzgang, also known as "the not spooky squad" in the subtitles of The Stars, is a trio of teenagers who wear hats and bully Skid & Pump. They are the secondary antagonists of the Spooky Month series. Ross has black eyes and black hair that are partly shrouded by his gray beanie.
