The Watcher is a major character in the second season of the Netflix animated series, Dead End: Paranormal Park. He is Pugsley from an alternate future where he accepted his destiny and became known in the The Multi-Plane as a threat, particularly to the Demons. Pugsley was trained under Fingers’ wing during the second season, destined to become a powerful being that could stop the war between Angels and Demons. In "Eat the Parents," he shows up to clean up the dinner party, albeit way too late
