Trade is a diplomatic interaction in Call of War 1942. Players (Not AI) can trade between themselves. To trade, go to the diplomacy screen, select the message icon in the player you want to trade with and create an offer. The other player then may accept or refuse. You may directly buy resources from the market instead, but you can only do this with money.
