Outlaw parties are by invitation only and are usually organized by bikers who are members of clubs like the Hell's Angels and the Devil's Disciples. The annual event, which always starts the first weekend in March, has a sixty year history and attracts 500,000 to 600,000 motorcycle fans from all parts of the world. The bikers have a positive impact on the local economy and this year alone contributed an estimated $300 million of revenue to it.
