lt;p>The Water Cycle Observation Mission (WCOM) has been selected in the space science program of CAS (Chinese Academy of Science) to observe soil moisture, ocean surface salinity, snow water equivalence and freeze/thaw. These observations will help research associated with Earth’s systems, ecosystem and society. WCOM is set to launch by 2030.</p>
